Scott Culver aka son of a gunner

I met Scott last year at Tibenham airshow and I learned that his father Henry J Culver served at the airfield during the war as a ball turret gunner. He was back in England again this year and we met at Tibenham once again but this ime at the local pub 'The Greyhound' as they were hosting a 40's evening and day. Scott is currently writing a book about the 8th airforce and is about 2/3rds complete, we visited the airfield where Scott was able to lay a wreath for all those who served and those who did not come home and gave a few words which was very fitting.
Scott is planning next years trip over but next time he will be bringing family, I wish him all good luck and look forward to next year.
